Water, SOY protein (18,5%), rapeseed oil, onion, potato flour, tomato paste, onion powder, apple juice concentrate, salt, pea fibre, seasoning (garlic, black pepper, allspice), natural flavourings, gelling agent (methyl cellulose) colour (plain caramel).
Keep frozen at -18°C or lower. Do not refreeze once thawed.
COOKING: In a pan: Fry the balls in oil from frozen on medium heat for approximately 13-15 minutes. Stir often so they don’t burn. For a shorter cooking time the balls can be preheated in a microwave (800 W) for 1 minute. Thereafter cook them in an oiled pan for 3-4 minutes.
In a conventional oven: Put the frozen balls in an ovenproof tray and heat for 10-12 minutes on 200 °C. Stir after half the time please ensure food is cooked until piping hot (core temperature of approximately 70 °C.) Enjoy!
